The Pearl chapters 4 and 5

1 ...the doctor?
  The doctor 's attitude to Kino become well , because Kino will be a rich man.

2 ...the priest?

3 ... Kino?
   Kino become crazy and selfish and greedy .

4. Describe the pearl buyers. What kind of people are they? What is their personality?
    The pearl buyers are  cunning  , they just wanted to use a lower price to buy Kino's great pearl , they were collude to give a low price .

5. What do you think about the pearl buyers? Is their personality helpful or harmful? Do you approve or disapprove of their actions? Why?
 i think they are selfish , they only think about their benefit , it 's harmful  and they are collude ,i disapprove their action , because they are fraud .

6. What does Kino mean when he says, "I have lost one world and not gained another."

7. Kino's brother tells him, "I am afraid for you." What does he mean? Why is he afraid?
 Kino wanna to get a higher price of his pearl , he  regardless of  any danger , he went to a strange place , to find different buyer , his brother think he can do every thing to become a rich man .

8. Do you think the pearl can destroy Kino and his wife? How?
  Yes , Kino become desire after he have the pearl ,he can do every thing to achieve his dream (be a rich man )

even to kill another.

9. Kino has changed since finding the Pearl. What does he do that shows this?
   He think everyone was deceive him ,and he kill people.

10. After kino is attacked, what does Juana suggest they do with the pearl? Do you agree with Juana? What would you suggest differently?
Juana suggest he to throw back the pearl to the sea , i am agree , or he can sell the pearl as fast as possible .
